There was an officer meeting last night to discuss what is going on with the calendar and what our options are and the vote was unanimous. As of right now there is no way that we can financially support the calendar. We were hoping that at some point it would become self sufficient, but that day has not come nor is it likely that it will. As of now, the calender is indefinitely suspended unless we have some insurgence of cash.

Good news this time.  We received the new printer from HP and it's printing just fine.

Also, some ideas were tossed around at a recent meeting and we're looking into implementing one of them.  Hopefully in the next day or two you'll be able to access a spread sheet showing where we are in terms of finished and sold calendars.  Bear with us as I'm going to try and get it integrated into the site, but I'm not sure how that will work.

Well, we've run into some trouble.  The print head for our printer gave out and although we had it replaced, the printer still won't print properly.  We've spoken at length with HP and they are going to send us a new printer, but first we have to send ours back to them.  On top of that, the ink cartridges that we were using are now useless due to the fact that they "marry" to the print head.  We are trying to get HP to replace them, but things aren't promising.

We will begin the final printing run on the calendar very soon.  We've had another company (Fundy Mutual Insurance) express interest in putting an ad in, so we are waiting on payment and the ad itself.

Time for an update on the calendar.

There isn't too much new information at this time.  As you all know, the last event we sold at was the MQS BBQ. Due to low attendance we only sold one copy. The person that purchased the copy is now thinking about joining the club.

At our Officers meeting we decided to pursue Rhoda’s for a table in late November or early December. When we have word on that we will let you know.
