There was an officer meeting last night to discuss what is going on with the calendar and what our options are and the vote was unanimous. As of right now there is no way that we can financially support the calendar. We were hoping that at some point it would become self sufficient, but that day has not come nor is it likely that it will. As of now, the calender is indefinitely suspended unless we have some insurgence of cash.

It was a great project with a large scope that has turned out to be well outside our means and as much as we wanted it to be more successful, the cost incurred is over and above what was expected.

Now, that being said, we are open to suggestions on how to finish it which is the second reason for this post. We'd be glad to keep printing if we had some way to fund it. We even thought about redesigning the calendar in order to use less ink, but it still comes down the fact that we cannot afford to purchase more ink.

On an aside, if someone still wants a calendar, we will do our best to get one printed and sent out.
